Young fashion retailer AVANTI, based in Rosenstraße since 2006, is successfully expanding and opens a new store at Westernstraße 15 in Paderborn today, 8 November 2023. With a total lettable area of 713 m², the fashion store will play an even more prominent role in this university city’s retail scene.

The new store occupies a prime 1A location, next to well-known retail chains, and was previously used by ESPRIT. Brockhoff, a leading commercial property broker specialising in retail premises across Germany, was appointed exclusively to broker the property. Brockhoff is pleased to have used its expertise to help a local business expand.
