BROCKHOFF RETAIL has successfully let a store to Bijou Brigitte. The new branch at Marktstr./corner of Kirchstr. 7 opened just in time for the Christmas shopping season. Its pedestrian-zone location offers excellent visibility at a prime 1A corner directly on the market square. The approximately 60 m² retail unit was previously occupied by telecoms provider O2. The residential and commercial building is privately owned.

Bijou Brigitte has been a fashion jewellery manufacturer for more than 50 years and operates over 1,100 stores across Europe. BROCKHOFF RETAIL has previously brokered several successful new locations for the expanding company.
