Acting under an exclusive sales mandate from Vienna-based ESN Investments GmbH, Brockhoff INVEST successfully brokered the sale of the commercial building at Südring 15 in central Bochum to a regional investor. The approximately 3,700 m² property was built in 1987 on an 809 m² plot and occupies an attractive location between the main railway station and the popular Bermudadreieck district.
