Brockhoff brokered the sale of a plot of around 12,000 m² at Batenbrockstr. 63 in Bottrop. Known locally as the former Pörschke Stahl site, the area is one of the more prominent commercial locations in Bottrop’s Batenbrock district. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The buyer will occupy part of the site for its own business. Brockhoff quickly found a suitable tenant for a further 2,640 m² of hall space, 500 m² of office space and 1,400 m² of outdoor area, securing full occupancy of the property.
The property offers generous open areas that can be used flexibly for parking, manoeuvring or future expansion. Excellent links to the main transport routes make the site particularly suitable for businesses requiring substantial space and room to grow.
