Through the brokerage of Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH’s office leasing team, Brauco Pipe and Environmental Services Ruhr GmbH will move into the newly built property at Am Hellweg 1 in the Gerthe-Süd business park in Bochum on 1 October 2016 (01.10.2016).
