A commercial site in Lünen has changed hands through Brockhoff. Between 1967 and 1988, a total of 7 halls with 16,500 m² of lettable space were built on the 44,000 m² site.

The corner plot offers excellent visibility and convenient transport access on the eastern edge of the Ruhr region. The A2 motorway to the south connects Lünen to long-distance road traffic.

The purchase price was not disclosed. The property was sold by a regional investor to a family office.
