(Essen, 23.03.2023). Tobias Altenbeck (37), B.A. Real Estate, has joined Brockhoff’s management team with immediate effect.

Born in Essen, Altenbeck began his career at Brockhoff nearly 10 years ago and has outstanding market knowledge and one of the industry’s broadest networks. As Managing Director, he will oversee the OFFICE and LOGISTICS divisions, including the specialist Light Industrial team, which have both performed exceptionally well under his leadership as division head in recent years.

Under his leadership, the LOGISTICS division has successfully brokered just over 500,000 m² since it was established.

Brockhoff’s OFFICE team is the market leader in office space marketing in the Ruhr region. In 2022, for example, Brockhoff handled 5 of the 10 largest OFFICE deals in Essen.
