Brockhoff GmbH has successfully brokered the office property at Schederhofstraße 45 in Essen to vgbe energy e.V. The property offers around 3,500 square metres of office space and will serve as the association’s new location.

vgbe energy e.V. was originally looking for rental space to meet its future office requirements. During the search, however, the property on Schederhofstraße proved so convincing that the association ultimately decided to purchase it.

vgbe energy e.V. is an international trade association for the energy sector. Among other things, it supports its members with technical expertise, knowledge sharing and the development of standards and solutions for a secure and sustainable energy supply.

However, the property on Schederhofstraße convinced us with its quality, its layout, its location and its long-term prospects, so we ultimately decided to buy it.
