Brockhoff has successfully let around 750 m² of office and training space in Parkstadt Mülheim to the Kolping educational institution. With Kolping moving in, the site gains another established education provider that ideally complements the diverse uses of Parkstadt Mülheim. The newly leased space offers ideal conditions for contemporary learning and working.

The new tenant is thus in excellent company with other educational institutions: in addition to the Theodor Fliedner Stiftung, Contilia has established several educational facilities on the site. The Kaleidoskop-Schule, a comprehensive school for lower secondary level with an individually supportive concept, found tailor-made premises here, as did the Hochschule Ruhr West – University of Applied Science.
