Renowned commercial property broker Brockhoff announces the successful sale of a commercial building in a prime 1A location in central Krefeld. The Essen-based broker managed the exclusive sales process on behalf of a regional private investment company. The new owner is a real estate company based in Baden-Württemberg.

The ground-floor retail unit offers a generous 127 m² and is leased long term to well-known fashion jewellery chain Bijou Brigitte.
The apartments on the upper floors provide around 173 m² of space.

The mixed-use building at Hochstraße 79 occupies a prime 1A location in the city centre, directly alongside well-known retail chains.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
