Brockhoff has successfully brokered the sale of a developed site at Kämpchenstraße 69–71 in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

The approximately 4,000-square-metre site is in a quiet, established residential area. The existing buildings on the property currently have a total lettable area of around 2,250 square metres.

The seller is Telekom. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The new owner intends to develop the site further over time and make use of its potential. Its size and attractive immediate surroundings offer interesting opportunities for future development.
