Brockhoff has successfully brokered the sale of a fully let light industrial property at Dieselstraße 5 in Marl. The property, which includes production and warehouse space as well as offices, stands on a site of approximately 3,000 square metres and has around 500 square metres of usable space. It is let on a long-term basis and has practical features suited to manufacturing and processing businesses, including several roller doors, crane systems and specialised industrial areas.
