Brockhoff has brokered two leases at the Alphahaus in Essen. The law firm Kümmerlein is expanding its premises, while RST Beratung is moving into the building. The leases cover a total of around 2,400 m². The modern office property is centrally located and offers excellent transport links.

The two leases total 575 m²: Rückenwind GmbH rented approx. 300 m² for its physiotherapy practice, offering treatment and computer-assisted equipment-based exercise therapy from 01.02.2017. The second unit, approx. 275 m² at Im Teelbruch 130, has been occupied since 01.12.2016.
