Brockhoff successfully advised law firm Linten & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB on its lease of the sixth floor at the Grugaplatz 2–4 office complex. The high-quality, modern office space covers 900 m² and has direct access to a roof terrace. Shortly beforehand, Brockhoff had secured another tenant for a further 900 m² in the property.

The urban setting in the lively Rüttenscheid district is ideal for a respected law firm. Other law firms, medical practices and shops are close by, and Essen Regional Court is within walking distance. Rüttenscheid also offers numerous shops, cafés and restaurants, creating an appealing working environment.
