
For 2024, Essen-based real estate adviser Brockhoff, active throughout Germany, is planning sustained growth. In line with its expansion strategy, it plans to expand its management team. At the same time, Eckhard Brockhoff, Managing Partner of Brockhoff GmbH, is restructuring the company in preparation for his planned retirement in two years. “The successful continuation of my life’s work matters greatly to me. By appointing my colleagues to their new roles, I can support them closely until my departure and advise them on any questions,” says Eckhard Brockhoff.
Jörg Langensiepen is joining the management team and will take responsibility for all of the company’s investment activities. Phillip Mersmann is also joining the management team and will be responsible for the OFFICE division, where Brockhoff is a leading player, as well as corporate communications.
“I am very pleased that Brockhoff is expanding its management team from within by appointing Jörg Langensiepen and Phillip Mersmann. Working with our existing Managing Directors, Tobias Altenbeck and Oliver Rottmann, I am confident that the company is ideally positioned to achieve further growth,” says Eckhard Brockhoff on the appointments.
Managing Director Julia Winteroth will leave the company to take on a senior role in a new industry.
To drive its planned growth, the company intends to strengthen all areas of the business. Several positions are open:
