Through Brockhoff and ITRA Global, its local cooperation partner in Warsaw, “RWE Renewables Poland spolka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia” has leased around 1,500 m² of state-of-the-art office space on the 22nd floor of the renowned Warsaw Unit. Close cooperation between ITRA Global and Brockhoff enabled them to provide RWE with seamless service throughout the lease process.

With this office lease in Poland, Brockhoff successfully continues its long-standing cooperation with the group. Brockhoff has previously brokered several large leases of more than 5,000 m² for different divisions of the energy company, most recently completing a lease for around 2,060 m² of office space in Dresden in 2022.

Warsaw Unit
