A retail park with storage space at Ottensteiner Str. 56 in Vreden has changed hands.

The 18,253 m² commercial site is located at the eastern edge of town, directly on federal highway 70.

Its most prominent tenant is the Matthews Group, which has leased a 3,819 m² hall for the production and storage of rotogravure cylinders and flexographic and rotary printing cylinders.

The site’s traditional role as a local shopping center is reflected in particular by the Netto supermarket, with 1,050 m² of space, and Sonderpreis Baumarkt DIY store, with 850 m².

A local carpentry workshop, another storage facility, and a medical center together account for 2,120 m² of lettable space. A further 1,800 m² of land is available for development.

The illuminated car park offers 91 extra-wide parking spaces.

Brockhoff INVEST advised on the sale to a regional investor in cooperation with S-Immobilien GmbH of Sparkasse Westmünsterland.

The purchase price was not disclosed.
