Essen, Westendhof 3 and 8.

Two facing light industrial properties in Essen, with a total site and building area of approximately 8,807 m², have changed hands.

Brockhoff INVEST brokered the sale from a private individual to JH 2. Immobilienverwaltung in a joint transaction with CBRE. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The 3,154 m² site at Westendhof 3 includes a hall of approximately 1,300 m² and an office building of approximately 1,200 m².

The Westendhof 8 site measures approximately 5,653 m² and is developed with a 2,920 m² hall and a 1,580 m² office building.

The properties are directly opposite each other in the up-and-coming Westviertel, an area characterized by commercial and industrial buildings.

The A40, A42, and A52 motorways can be reached within a few minutes by car.
