The LEIon office and medical building offers approximately 1,600 m² of lettable space, while LUXon offers 3,000 m². Both are in the growing Brackel district of Dortmund, next to the BVB training ground and the newly developed Hohenbuschei residential area. Excellent transport links are provided by the existing infrastructure: the A1, A2 and A40 motorways and the B236 are each only a few minutes away.

On behalf of project developer HOFF | MEHR ALS ENTWICKELN PLANEN BAUEN, Brockhoff INVEST and a partner sold both buildings to a private investor from the Ruhr region, a business partner of the Essen-based brokerage for many years. The 3-storey LEIon building was completed in 2016 and is let long-term to a high-quality tenant mix. The 4-storey LUXon property has been ready for occupation since 2019.
