Essen, 02.09.2019. The magazine “Immobilienmanager” published its nationwide brokerage ranking today. The result: Essen-based Brockhoff & Partner is Germany’s largest local agent. The “Local Heroes” category was introduced in 2014 to enable a fair comparison between local firms and listed corporate groups.

Brockhoff & Partner also performs well against listed global brokerage groups operating on every continent. In the overall “Commercial, Germany” ranking, the owner-managed company places eleventh. In the separate rankings for commercial sales and lettings, it ranks eighth for lettings and tenth for sales.

In the newly listed “Warehouse and logistics property, Germany” category, Brockhoff & Partner ranks twelfth.

The Essen brokerage ranks fifth in “Commercial floor area sold, total Germany” and eighth in “Office property lettings, Germany”.

Immobilienmanager has published the brokerage ranking since 1992. To participate, companies submit their business figures, which must first be certified by an auditor or another independent institution.
