Brockhoff LOGISTICS has leased 8,153 m² of warehouse space and 279 m² of office space to WM Group GmbH. The new tenant is known for high-quality, solutions-focused logistics and provides services across the entire value chain.

WM Group GmbH will move into the premises shortly. Babymarkt will continue using the property until the end of this year. The site forms part of ASTOR GEWERBEPARK Dortmund – Im Indupark. With ADOLF WEBER Grundbesitz-und Projektgesellschaft, owner of the ASTOR GEWERBEPARK locations in Germany, WM Group GmbH has gained an experienced contractual partner.

ASTOR GEWERBEPARK Dortmund is immediately adjacent to Indupark Dortmund, one of Europe’s largest specialist retail parks. Long-established companies in Indupark and nearby districts value its excellent infrastructure at the Dortmund-West motorway interchange and direct access to the A40 and A45 motorways.
