Acting exclusively for the owner, a private individual from the region, Brockhoff secured renowned retailer Juwelier Christ as a tenant in a prime 1A shopping-street location in Arnsberg-Neheim.
The store at Hauptstraße 27 offers 155 m² of total lettable space and is surrounded by well-known retail chains. The new branch is scheduled to open in spring 2024 following fit-out works.
