Brockhoff has successfully let around 2,000 m² of office space at Parkside Essen to the University of Duisburg-Essen. The property is owned by VIVIT Group, an investment and real estate manager and asset developer specialising in office, residential and commercial properties. VIVIT acquired the building in early 2024 together with its joint venture partner SCOPUS Capital and repositioned it on the market with a sustainable, market- and user-oriented concept. Last year, Brockhoff had already secured the advertising agency Kundenbinder as a tenant for the property.
