(Essen) Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH in Essen has let a total of 810 m² at Huyssenallee 70–72, bringing the property to full occupancy. Around 340 m² of retail space has been let to an agent for AXA Versicherungs AG, who is expected to move in mid-2014. From 01.06.2014, business consultancy Cebeci and tax adviser Sönmez will share around 235 m² on the 3rd floor. Patent attorney Lelgemann has taken the other 235 m² on the 4th floor and is due to move in on 01.08.2014.
