The commercial property broker has completed successful transactions in Essen (80,358 m²), Unna (75,100 m²), Bochum (47,573 m²), Duisburg (30,686 m²), Mülheim (26,663 m²), Dortmund (32,362 m²), Bocholt (44,000 m²), Soest (35,755 m²), Voerde (31,113 m²), Bönen (22,922 m²), Hünxe (17,598 m²), Lünen (16,500 m²), Vreden (7,865 m²), Ulm (11,258 m²), Triptis (17,851 m²), Gelsenkirchen (2,237 m²), Witten (2,375 m²), Recklinghausen (2,500 m²) and Velbert (2,138 m²). This has established the Essen-based property adviser as a leading player in the logistics market in the Ruhr region and across Germany.

The complementary Light Industrial business has since been established, focusing mainly on brokering business parks and commercial space in the Ruhr region.

The Ruhr region’s central location, strong demand for space, excellent local knowledge and business connections, together with the Brockhoff team’s expertise, are driving a boom in this business line.

Transactions involving more than 85,000 m² of logistics space are currently in progress.
