Brockhoff has found a new tenant for the striking brick building at Frohnhauser Straße 71 in Essen. A modern martial arts school will move into around 1,500 m², bringing new life to the property. C&A previously used the space as a sample sewing workshop for many years.

The property is at the busy intersection of Frohnhauser Straße and Hans-Böckler-Straße, one of the key traffic routes on the western edge of the city centre. The location benefits from high visibility and easy access both by car and for customers from the surrounding area. The large Mr. Wash car wash is directly opposite and brings additional activity to the area.
