Panattoni, a leading developer of industrial and logistics properties, has built a new logistics centre with a total lettable area of 66,802 m² in the “Am Industriepark” commercial area in Voerde.

Brockhoff LOGISTICS brokered three units at the site, with a combined lettable area of 33,334 m², to WM Group GmbH. Completion of the individual units is taking place in stages.

The “Am Industriepark” commercial area occupies the former Babcock site and benefits from trimodal transport links.
The A3 motorway and B8 federal highway are easy to reach.
