Essen, Manderscheidtstr. 16.

BS Grundbesitz VI GmbH, part of the BS Grundbesitz Group, has acquired the commercial property at Manderscheidtstr. 16 in Essen. The off-market transaction was brokered by Brockhoff & Partner. The property was built on a site of approx. 7,000 m² and combines office and warehouse space totalling approx. 6,000 m² of lettable area.

The property is in a commercial area directly beside the new A40 interchange under construction in Essen-Frillendorf. It was sold by Linde Material Handling GmbH, which had let it for decades to Schrader Industriefahrzeuge GmbH & Co. KG. The latter has since vacated the property and moved its headquarters elsewhere in Essen.

Based in Essen, BS Grundbesitz Group acquires, develops and lets commercial properties in North Rhine-Westphalia. Earlier this year, Brockhoff & Partner also brokered the group’s acquisition of Manderscheidtstr. 27, with approx. 14,000 m² of land and approx. 8,500 m² of lettable space.
