The Westphalian Association of Public Hospitals (AKW e.V.), an association of more than 20 public-law hospitals, leased the space from 1 October 2020. Its member hospitals employ more than 25,000 people in North Rhine-Westphalia to ensure public healthcare provision.

The property is currently owned by an international investment and asset manager.
