Bakker GmbH will use approximately 292 m² of office space. It is one of Essen’s leading companies in innovative building services for heating, ventilation and cooling. BADKULTUR GmbH provides comprehensive services for bathrooms. Its approximately 288 m² showroom will offer architects and property owners a new source of inspiration, with a small selection of physical displays and bespoke room concepts presented virtually. Alongside bathrooms, kitchens and interior design will feature prominently in the future showroom, which aims to become a consultation lounge. The two companies, led by managing director Richard Bakker, will move into the leased premises on 01.06.2017. The property is privately owned.
