The office complex at Kruppstr. 74/Am Fernmeldeamt 17-19 has had a new major tenant since 1 February. BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered the lease to an Essen-based group, which rented 5,400 m² at the property. The leased space spans the 1st to 4th floors and the basement. The lease also includes 120 parking spaces.

In addition to its immediate availability and good transport links close to the A 40, the office space impressed the tenant above all with its very modern IT infrastructure. “The space only became available at the end of last year, when 11880 Solution AG moved out. Within just a few weeks, we signed a new tenant. This clearly shows that Essen’s office market is vibrant and in demand. Property owners are therefore well advised to keep modernising their buildings. New tenants will then practically come on their own,” explains Tobias Altenbeck, member of BROCKHOFF’s management team.

The move of 11880 Solution AG from Kruppstraße to Hohenzollernstraße took place in the fourth quarter of 2018 and was also brokered by BROCKHOFF OFFICE.
