The Old Town Hall at Ringstraße 29 in Castrop-Rauxel has served as a residential and commercial building for years and offers potential for value appreciation.
Working jointly with ProRuhr Immobilien, Brockhoff advised on the sale of the listed building to a Düsseldorf-based corporate group.

Built in 1904 and 1905, the freestanding building occupies a 2,440 m² plot in a central location in the Rauxel district and provides 2,065 m² of lettable space.
It contains 13 commercial units totalling 925 m², let long term to tenants including a music school, a psychotherapy practice, and a photography studio. A further 1,140 m² of lettable space is used for residential purposes.
