Ranking by trade magazine “im immobilienmanager” places Brockhoff in the top 10 in every category, competing with international groups
Leading German trade magazine “im immobilienmanager” has published its latest real estate broker ranking. With revenue of €9.2 million in 2021, Brockhoff GmbH retained its position as Germany’s largest local commercial property broker and led the ranking of “local commercial brokers in Germany” by a clear margin. This category compares net commission revenue of local brokers with offices in no more than three districts or independent cities and no affiliation with a larger organisation.
Even compared with international groups employing hundreds of people, Brockhoff’s 17-person team performs very well, ranking ninth among Germany’s 10 highest-revenue commercial brokers.
Other rankings at a glance:
Nationwide, Brockhoff ranked 4th in office property sales and 6th in office lettings.
A significant increase in revenue from nationwide logistics property lettings and sales secured Brockhoff 7th and 8th place.
Brockhoff ranked 2nd nationwide in retail property sales and seventh in lettings in the same asset class.
The German category “sales of other commercial space” includes specialist and mixed-use properties. Brockhoff ranked 4th.
