Essen-based real estate firm Brockhoff GmbH has once again been ranked No. 1 in REVIER MANAGER magazine’s brokerage ranking, retaining its lead among the Ruhr region’s largest real estate brokers. Despite the pandemic, Brockhoff significantly increased its revenue again last year, closing fiscal year 2021 with revenue of €9.22 million. Around 77% of its business comes from long-standing customers.

“Business is going well. We are a highly specialized team with an excellent network, providing our business partners with individualized, comprehensive support for their real estate projects. This also enables us to bring the right partners together in challenging times,” says Eckhard Brockhoff, Managing Partner of Brockhoff GmbH, explaining the success of his 17-person team.

There are few major real estate transactions in the Ruhr region in which Brockhoff’s INVEST division is not involved. In OFFICE, Brockhoff has strengthened its position as the “broker to major corporations.” LOGISTICS, which has been highly successful since its launch in 2018, was recently complemented by LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, focusing on marketing space in commercial areas, business parks, and artisan yards in North Rhine-Westphalia. Since its founding more than 35 years ago, BROCKHOFF RETAIL has specialized in nationwide marketing of retail units and retail properties in prime 1a locations.

Brockhoff first entered the ranking in 2018. Since then, the Essen-based brokerage has led the ranking of the Ruhr region’s largest brokers. Despite challenging market conditions, Brockhoff has steadily increased its revenue in recent years. It also forecasts a strong result for fiscal year 2022.
