Ahaus, Marktstraße 26.

Brockhoff has secured nationwide restaurant concept Café & Bar Celona as the new tenant for the former C&A store at Marktstraße 26 in Ahaus, with a total lettable area of 960 m². The café will open in the second half of the year in a prominent corner location directly on Rathausplatz, in a prime 1a city-center location. More than 20 years ago, Brockhoff also arranged the lease to fashion chain C&A. Well-known retail chains are located nearby.
