Pauckner GmbH, which operates the online flooring retailer Laminat-Shop24, has leased a further warehouse in Unna: a 4,540 m² hall with an adjoining office building. Brockhoff advised the company on its site search and lease. The landlord is Mileway, Europe’s largest owner and manager of last-mile logistics properties.

The combined office and hall at Max-Planck-Straße 35 offers ideal conditions for the family business to expand at an additional location. The property provides around 3,500 m² of hall space with high-bay racking for ample storage. The 1,040 m² office area has modern fittings and attractive staff amenities.

The property’s outstanding feature is its direct connection to the A44 motorway. “Unna is one of the most important logistics business locations in North Rhine-Westphalia. We are delighted that working with Brockhoff helped us find an ideal warehouse location at the Unna industrial park,” says Timo Pauckner, Managing Director of Pauckner GmbH.
