In Bottrop, Brockhoff brokered the sale of a 3,870 m² office and hall complex to Matthias and Stephan Müller, who will establish a new site for “Gebrüder Müller Holzbearbeitung GmbH”. The classic Light Industrial property occupies a 6,760 m² plot and is ideal for developing automated production of timber-aluminium post-and-beam façades. The 3,370 m² hall provides ample room for production and storage, while the 500 m² office area offers excellent administrative facilities.

Thanks to excellent transport links, Bottrop is one of the Ruhr region’s most popular logistics locations. “Demand for office and hall combinations of this size is strong.
