On 1 January 2022, a large German communications service provider will move into freshly refurbished offices covering approx. 1,466 m². BROCKHOFF OFFICE found suitable premises for the call centre in the new Bauknecht Quarter in Bottrop.

In November 2020, Bauknecht Immobilien Holding AG began revitalising the Bauknecht Quarter in a central location in Bottrop. The development is scheduled for completion at the end of 2021 and uses modern, environmentally friendly building materials designed to meet the latest energy-efficiency standards. Alongside refurbishment of the façade and rental units, which can be fitted out in consultation with tenants, a parking deck with electric vehicle charging stations is being built.
