Brockhoff’s retail team brokered a retail unit of approximately 350 m², including ancillary space, for CLINTON Großhandels GmbH at Bahnhofstraße 25, in a prime 1A location on Witten’s pedestrianised high street. In February 2017, CLINTON will open a new store there for the well-known menswear label CAMP DAVID and its womenswear counterpart, SOCCX.
The premises are currently occupied by a confectionery shop. The property is privately owned. CAMP DAVID and SOCCX are brands of CLINTON Großhandels GmbH, based in Hoppegarten near Berlin. CLINTON’s brands are currently represented in more than 250 retail stores and over 1,500 wholesale points of sale across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
