A distinctive, high-quality office building with approximately 5,200 m² of lettable space has been sold discreetly in Cologne city centre with Brockhoff’s advice. The fully let multi-tenant property occupies a prime location in central Cologne.

The sale was completed discreetly from an institutional owner to a family office. Details have not been disclosed.
