On behalf of Essen Utilities and Transport Company, Brockhoff Invest brokered the sale of a commercial property of approximately 2,860 m² at Rüttenscheider Straße 26 in Essen-Rüttenscheid to an Essen-based entrepreneur. After the current occupier, Essen Utilities and Transport Company, moves out, the new owner will refurbish and redevelop the property. BROCKHOFF OFFICE will be commissioned to market the new, modern office space as part of the project. Residential use is also being considered for parts of the property.
