On behalf of an institutional investor from the Netherlands, Brockhoff INVEST sold the property at Rheinische Str. 2/Landstr. 27-29 in Haan near Düsseldorf. The approximately 11,950 m² site contains 2 separate commercial buildings, with a combined 5,494 m² of office space and 2,196 m² of warehouse space. The property also has 154 parking spaces.

Modernization of the buildings, originally constructed in 1991 and 1980, began in 2018 as part of a new lease. The refurbishment is scheduled for completion in early 2020.

The new owner is a private investor. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Located in Haan-Ost industrial park, the property has excellent links to the Rhine-Ruhr conurbation via the nearby A46 motorway. The Hilden interchange can be reached within minutes by car.
