Iserlohn, Schillerplatz 1.

Brockhoff INVEST has found a new owner for the bank building at Schillerplatz 1 in Iserlohn for the second time, and, under an exclusive mandate, advised on its sale to a regional investor.

The purchase price was not disclosed.

The property occupies a prominent prime 1a location, which will be further enhanced by the redevelopment of the neighboring Schillerplatz site, formerly the KARSTADT property.

Commerzbank AG will remain the anchor tenant of the 3,626 m² building.
