Constructure GmbH, an engineering consultancy specialising in industrial construction, has leased approximately 380 m² of office space at the new TMM Forum on the Phoenix West site from 1 November 2020. Its core areas are communications infrastructure (masts and television towers), energy (power plants and grids) and refractory construction (blast furnaces and smelting furnaces).

BROCKHOFF OFFICE advised on the letting, which covers half a floor on the 1st upper level. Only 2 half-floors remain available in the modern new building. In addition to modern offices, the tenant was drawn by the excellent transport links (B54/A45) and, above all, the industrial character of the Phoenix West site, with its blast furnaces, which is an ideal fit for Constructure’s business.

By July 2020, TMM Forum will be ready for occupancy on the former Phoenix West steelworks site and will serve as the new headquarters of its owner, the TMM family company. BROCKHOFF OFFICE has an exclusive mandate to market the space not used by TMM.
