CONSULTHIES GmbH will move from Essen’s RUHRTURM to the nearby Ruhrallee office park on 1 October 2021. BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered the new office space on the 2nd floor of the building at Bonsiepen 7, offering approximately 455 m².

The new office location impressed with its modern fit-out and convenient transport links directly to the B227 (Ruhrallee), one of Essen’s busiest roads.

For more than 30 years, CONSULTHIES has specialised in planning and developing cinemas throughout Germany, supporting clients with new cinema projects and the refurbishment of existing venues.
