The leasing team secured a long-term lease for 406 m² of office space for consulting plus Service GmbH at Huyssenallee 99–103, in an excellent office location between Essen central station and Rüttenscheider Stern. consulting plus Service GmbH is part of the consulting plus group, a specialist provider of security products and services. Its activities include reception, building and driver services. The company is expected to move into the premises in early 2015.

Following the lease of a 371 m² unit to recruitment consultancy PHN in June, this is the second space at the property to be successfully let within a short period with Brockhoff’s support.
