As part of a joint transaction, the retail team at Brockhoff & Partner Immobilien GmbH arranged a lease for DEPOT, a retailer of fashionable home accessories and gifts. The approximately 550 m² store is at Schüppenstraße 6 in Coesfeld and was previously occupied by C&A Kids.

The new branch has already opened. DEPOT has been expanding rapidly for several years and now operates around 350 stores in Germany, as well as further branches in Austria and Switzerland.

The property is privately owned.
