BROCKHOFF INVEST has completed another sale in Bochum-Wattenscheid.

Following the recent brokerage of the commercial building at August-Bebel-Platz 2a/Hochstraße 19, the retail park at Friedrich-Lueg-Straße 2–8 and the office property at Burgstraße 15–19, BROCKHOFF INVEST has now sold the well-located commercial building at Hochstraße 6 in Bochum-Wattenscheid. The site covers approximately 553 m².

The property had been owned for decades by a well-known Bochum entrepreneurial family and has now been sold to an investment company from Münster.

The building is let to Deutsche Bank and a law firm. It also contains 6 apartments on the 1st to 4th upper floors.

The purchase price was not disclosed.
