DIC Asset AG, one of Germany’s leading listed real estate companies, today announced the sale of three properties in Bochum for a total volume of approx. €73 million. The properties Castroper Str. 270/280 and Henry-Bessemer-Park (Bessemer Str. 85), from DIC’s Commercial Portfolio, were sold to BOWAG Grundbesitz, a Bochum-based company in the Bollmann Group. The Bochumer Fenster property was sold to Wohninvest Group, based in Fellbach, for the DIC Office Balance III special fund.

Wohninvest Managing Director Dominik Sikler said: “Bochumer Fenster is a very attractive property. We look forward to its development at this interesting location.”

Following the sales, the notarised transaction volume across the Commercial Portfolio and Institutional Business segments has risen to approx. €246 million. Sales totalling approx. €300 million to €400 million are planned by year-end.
