Arranged by Brockhoff OFFICE, DINWERK GmbH leased approximately 390 m² of office space at Mellinghofer Str. 65 from 1 December 2019. Alongside the modern, high-quality fit-out, the excellent location in GENEBA Industrial Park, close to the B223 and A40, was a key factor in the decision.

The industrial park is owned by a Dutch investor, who acquired and developed the approximately 19.8-hectare site from Siemens in 2016. Siemens remained at the location as anchor tenant after the sale.
